Refund Policy

1. Subscription Billing

StreamForge paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles all payment processing, invoicing, and sales tax/VAT on our behalf.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. We disclose applicable charges before checkout and do not require long-term commitments beyond your chosen billing cycle.

2. Refund Policy

Annual plans: If you are not satisfied with StreamForge, you may request a pro-rata refund within 14 days of your initial purchase. After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you may cancel and retain access until the end of your billing period.

Monthly plans: Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable. You may cancel at any time and will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.

Required by law: Refunds required by applicable consumer protection laws are honored in accordance with applicable law.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings > Billing in your StreamForge dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • You will retain access to all paid features until the end of your current billing period.
  • No further charges will be made after cancellation.
  • At the end of the billing period, your account will automatically revert to the Free tier.
  • Your data will be preserved — you can upgrade again at any time to regain access.

4. Free Tier

StreamForge offers a Free tier that is always available at no cost. No payment information is required to use it. You can downgrade to the Free tier at any time, and your account will continue to function with Free-tier feature limits.

5. Disputes

If you have a concern about a charge, please contact us at support@streamforge.bifrostlive.com before filing a dispute or chargeback with your payment provider. We are committed to resolving billing issues quickly and fairly.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Service or via email. Your continued use of StreamForge after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
