Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using StreamForge (“the Service”), operated by Siklab Innovations (trading as BifrostLive) (“we,” “us,” or “our”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.
You must be at least 13 years old to use StreamForge. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and that all registration information you provide is truthful and accurate.
2. Description of Service
StreamForge is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for live streamers that provides:
- Community engagement tracking through Twitch stream events
- Configurable point-based systems for measuring viewer contributions
- Automated VIP reward management on Twitch and Discord
- Interactive stream events (subathons, bit-a-thons, marathons)
- Real-time leaderboards and analytics dashboards
- OBS overlay integration for stream display
- Data import from CSV files and StreamElements for historical community tracking
- Community recaps with AI-generated narrative summaries
- Public community leaderboards accessible via vanity URLs
- Team management with role-based access control
- Discord server integration for role syncing and notifications
- Personal data access requests and data portability as described in our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, with or without notice.
3. User Accounts
To use StreamForge, you must create an account using one of our supported authentication methods (Twitch, Google, or email/password). You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your account
- Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Ensuring that your account information remains accurate and up to date
Each StreamForge account is associated with a tenant (workspace). As the account owner, you may invite team members and assign roles within your tenant.
4. Subscriptions & Billing
StreamForge offers free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record:
- Free Tier: Entry-level access with usage limits.
- Starter Tier: Expanded limits and additional feature access.
- Pro Tier: Highest limits and advanced capabilities (including API key management).
- Current plan features and limits are listed on our pricing and billing pages and may be updated from time to time.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until then.
- Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy, except where additional rights are required by applicable law.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with at least 30 days' advance notice. Existing subscriptions will be honored until renewal.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use StreamForge to:
- Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
- Violate the Twitch Terms of Service, Developer Agreement, Discord Terms of Service, or StreamElements Terms of Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts, tenants, or data
- Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Service beyond the intended API usage
- Transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code through the Service
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service or its infrastructure
- Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm other users or stream viewers
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. Where reasonably practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to remedy before termination.
6. Intellectual Property
The StreamForge platform, including its code, design, logos, trademarks, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Siklab Innovations (trading as BifrostLive) and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You retain ownership of all content and data you create, upload, or generate using StreamForge (including overlay configurations, leaderboard data, and event settings). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, StreamForge and Siklab Innovations (trading as BifrostLive) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:
- Loss of revenue, data, or business opportunities
- Service interruptions or downtime
- Errors in point calculations, VIP assignments, or event tracking due to Twitch API changes, rate limiting, or connectivity issues
- Actions taken by third-party services (Twitch, Discord, Paddle) that affect your use of StreamForge
Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account deletion feature (when available). We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms.
Upon termination:
- Your right to access and use the Service will cease immediately
- Your data will be retained for 30 days before permanent deletion
- Any active Twitch and Discord integrations will be disconnected
- Any active subscription will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period
- Data export requests are subject to identity verification and the terms described in our Privacy Policy
9. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the Service or via email at least 30 days before they take effect. Your continued use of StreamForge after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
